The Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Trainee Programme is designed to give students and recent graduates practical workplace experience. Over 18 months, participants gain hands-on exposure in a structured professional environment, helping them bridge the gap between academic studies and the workplace.

As a trainee, you will work under supervision while contributing to real projects and operational tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with department projects and work-streams
Performing routine operational duties
Supporting administrative tasks, documentation, and reporting
Participating in training sessions and workshops
Shadowing experienced professionals
Engaging in problem-solving activities
You will also interact with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to understand business processes and support daily operations.
During the 18-month programme, you will develop: Practical workplace experience
Exposure to industry-related tasks
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience preparing reports and presentations using MS Office
Professional communication and teamwork skills
This structured exposure is aimed at improving your employability after completion.
Requirements:
South African citizens aged 18–35
Candidates with:
Matric certificate (or equivalent)
N6 in Transport & Logistics or Business Management
Applicants with no bursary obligation with another company
Preference will be given to People with Disabilities and suitably qualified applicants from designated groups in line with the Employment Equity Plan and targets of the Operating Division.
